The Venture Bros, Adult Swim // Season 3I joined The Venture Bros in 2007 as Color Supervisor to re-conceptualize the painting style. Jackson Publick wanted a look that was a cross between Syd Mead and 60′s Ad Art, with a nod to old Hanna Barbera cartoons. This was the first location I painted (The Venture compound) to develop the new style. -- source link
