Hey y'all. A bit of an out of character post today. A close artist friend’s Service Dog in Training isn’t doing too hot at the moment. The poor bby had to be hospitalized for a blockage, and while they were praying and praying and praying that he could move it on his own, it’s looking like he’s going to have to have surgery to remove it. While it IS just a blockage (thankfully, they were scared it was parvo), it has been a rollercoaster ride and a half in order to get him the help he needs. At the moment, Sedona is out roughly 6k BEFORE surgery. They’ve been fighting so hard to get him, and as you can tell, this is a huge obstacle for them that they weren’t expecting. They did put together a GoFundMe, but they also have an amazing Etsy shop. If you do have a couple extra bucks to spare (literally anything helps), I’ve put the links to both their Etsy and their GoFundMe in my profile. It would mean the world to not only them, obviously, but me as well. All animals are family, for me. And while Kodiak is a working boy, he’s Sedona’s baby.
