I was so honored to help host my home state of Texas “WE Day” this year.WE Day is a youth empowerment event that celebrates the collective power of young people making a positive difference in the world and inspires continued action through the WE Schools service-learning program.I was so proud and inspired by the Texas WE day chapter! Over 1,700 youth attendees earned their free ticket in exchange for their participation and service in one local and one global action.
