They have a small footprint size of 1x2 tiles which accommodates two chairs. Because there is no base to them, it does not allow dishwashers or sinks to be placed in them. Sims can sit at the chairs, eat, read, write and other various interactions.Because they are also super narrow, it doesnt allow things like appliances to fit on them.
