ROASTED HONEY SRIRACHA SQUASH SEEDS Here’s a healthy and tasty snack idea: Save and clean the seeds from a spaghetti squash or pumpkin. Boil them for 10 minutes in salted water then cool and pat dry. Place in a plastic storage bag with a teaspoon of pressed coconut oil and coat well. Spread on a dry cookie sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix 1 tablespoon of raw honey with a teaspoon of Sriracha in a small bowl and stir well. Place the seeds in the mixture and coat well. Cover your cookie sheet with a piece of baking parchment and spread the coated seeds in a single layer. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Remove. Cool and enjoy. -- source link
