Today’s Paleo Dinner. Asparagus stuffed Chicken Breast rubbed with Pesto and wrapped in Bacon. Butterfly 4 boneless chicken breasts. Trim Asparagus to fit and coat with olive oil. Rub chicken breasts with Pesto. Place Asparagus in opened chicken breast and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Close the breast and wrapped with two slices of bacon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and bake on a foil lined pan at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Broil on high for 3-5 minutes on high to crisp the bacon and serve with a nice Italian salad. -- source link
