crispysnakes: 17JASxOOL - Denton line Long Tail boa litter (boa c. longicauda)See the full post here. Houston, we have longis!!!I was extremely pleased to wake up and catch Jasmine at the tail end of dropping her first litter. 11 squigglers total, 1 slug - however, two babies were unable to absorb their yolks, one passed shortly after birth and the other seems likely to follow. Additionally, one baby was born with what looks like a neurological defect/wobble and I intend to euthanize if this turns out to be the case. Which brings the total down to 8 viable babies.***I plan on holding back these kids until next spring to ensure that they are problem-free and thriving (and so I can decide what I’m holding back). Once spring rolls around I will contact the folks on my wait list, and any that aren’t spoken for will be publicly listed. In the meantime, happy day! :D*** Eeeeee!!!! Congrats!!!
