There are many types of love - parents and kids, grandparents and grandkids, sisters and brothers, cousins, friends, lovers, partners, and many more. Today I want to mention self love. It’s so important. It may sound easy, it may look easy, however let’s ask ourselves how many times we are judging, punishing, pushing ourselves, and thinking we are not enough? I know for myself I still do it sometimes. This day I want to love myself. Forgive myself more, judge less, be more kind to myself, push less, give more time to myself to rest and recover, and accept that I’m already enough as I am.
