tdgpresents: Should any Member be available and interested in participating as a part of the TDG Mixer event team, do note I am looking for lovely people to fill roles. Do any of the following interest to you? · WELCOME · Welcoming new arrivals at door, making them feel at home, and directing them to the next step along the way. (These two shifts are tenatively filled but I’d welcome an understudy for both or either.) · COORDINATION · Collecting admission fees, checking coats, and coordinating the serving of trays. (This role is filled but, again, a suitably pleasant understudy would be lovely.) · TRAYS · Wearing and passing trays for a few half hour shifts throughout the evening. (We have a few spots open still for this role.)
