Day 4-Freeze Shuggurath of Ice from Borderlands The Pre-Sequel. Shuggurath are maybe the most blatant Lovecraft reference in Borderlands, obviously named after “Shub-Niggurath” without the “b-Ni”. Their “thousand young” would be the rathyds. And everyone on Elpis is apparently just ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ about these particular eldritch abominations being a thing.
