The Inner Senshi were anywhere between 20-25 (the same as the Shitennou), with the Outer Senshi physically the same but in reality were hundreds of years old, with Pluto the oldest Senshi at 1000+. Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion were 17 and 19 respectively, making them the youngest in all of the Solar System’s Royal Families. i like this, so now my personal head canon is “whenever the inner guardians transform, they age up to their mid 20s”makes it less weird then having a bunch of pre-teens/teenagers jumping around on heels and mini skirts -- source link
