I do my cardio early in the morning because it’s my least favourite form of exercise. Yes, I HATE cardio! But I know the health benefits highly outweigh the work that needs to be done. Conditioning your heart with cardio increases your VO2 max, which essentially means you body can circulate more oxygen around your body, strengthening your heart and aerobic system. And coming from a long line of family with heart disease, I am not taking any chances! So do what you have to do to get it done. I watch TV while I do cardio (HIIT and Steady State). -- source link
