Fiddlehead Quiche - hot from the oven~! Last year I only made one quiche - fiddleheads were TOO EXPENSIVE! Found them at an outrageous $15 a pound in one place - walked away quickly. Found them for $10.lb somewhere else, so there will be a second fiddlehead quiche in my future. Never had it? It’s one of early Springtime’s wonderful delights. Once the ferns open up - there are no more fiddleheads until next year. -- source link
