Until nipple talons came on the scene (and they’re somewhat recent), for some experienced torturers medical hemostats by far have been the best nipple stimulation tool available. Normally they’re used to clamp off small blood vessels to keep the operating field clear during a surgical procedure. They can be put in place with three different levels of force/pressure holding the tips (that have serrated edges) shut together. Attached with the tightest degree of pressure to nipples and left in place, they create severe chest agony. Ordinary nipple play sex toys are quite tame in comparison. If the hemostats are left on for an extended period the tissue near them starts to redden, and then with more time the reddish zone extends outward and enlarges. Eventually this red-colored tissue produces very unpleasant sensations when it’s hit (forcefully slapping it with a riding crop works well). And when the sinister devices are finally removed, as blood enters to fill the severely traumatized tissue, delightfully deep pain results. They can be purchased from medical supply houses.
