luxalive: Been working on this since the sale ended. At first, it was gonna be part of a short and quickly done sketch comic depicting him being unable to use the Machinist job because it’s part of the Heavensward expansion (which unfortunately I didn’t get enough commissions for, so I had to pay for it myself; trying to make that money back so I can resub). This would have been part of the 3rd panel, with a really corny line: Guess I’ll have to fight with these “guns”. The sketch was too good to just throw away, so I finished it up. Took longer than I though since once everything was done I felt like trying out my hand at backgrounds again since I’m usually avoiding or replacing them with colors and patterns. It’s loosely based on an old screenshot I had taken in Ul’dah. If it weren’t for the fixes or adjustments that took place during the lineart itself (and the bg stuff mentioned before), I’d say I finished this a bit faster than usual.
