Ingredients:Non-stick spray2 cups sugar1 ¼ cups all purpose flour1 cup semisweet chocolate chips¾ cup pecan pieces¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder2 sticks unsalted butter3 large eggs3 tablespoons finely ground Marley Coffee Jamaica Blue Mountain® coffee6 tablespoons freshly brewed Marley Coffee Jamaica Blue Mountain® coffee½ teaspoon salt1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract30 thin strips crystallized gingerInstructions:1. Preheat oven to 350°F2. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray3. Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, ground Marley Coffee, and salt in large metal mixing bowl.4. Set bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and whisk until butter melts and all ingredients are blended.5. Remove bowl, cool mixture then add in eggs and vanilla.6. Fold in flour and pecans.7. Add batter to pan and bake 25 minutes.8. Set brownies to cool.9. Add chocolate chips to a mixing bowl.10. Bring brewed Marley Coffee to simmer in saucepan and add in chocolate chips.11.
