I have not been on track this week. Work is ridiculously busy right now and when I get home at night I just want to put on comfy clothes and relax. Today I made myself get up and get to the gym. I’m determined to start running… and to like it!! This was this morning’s run/walk at the gym. It was slow and involved a lot of walking, but I did a solid 3.32 miles and I feel good. I think it was just to motivation I needed to get back on track. -- source link
