I have been on point today! The boyfriend is being very supportive and is making a WW friendly dinner tonight. I’m heading to the gym to get some serious activity points! Question for you Fitbit users - do you log your exercise or do you just wait and see how many points you earn with just your steps? I logged my jog/walk on Saturday and needed up with 12 activity points at the end of the day. I’m just curious if that’s accurate. -- source link
