general-sketches: 065 - King of Feels Hail to the King. Featuring @mistermead‘s chipmunk. (p.s. It’s an ambigram) Pho over at @general-sketches was very kind and drew this awesome piece of my chipmunk character, and it’s such a cool idea it’s caused a bit of a rash of similarly themed works over at the trash/ZTG. Of course being the recipient of such a kind gift I couldn’t let it go unanswered, so here are a few of my own creations for the various lords and ladies that frequent the board!The butler of comf, my very good internet friend @comicanon that’s helped me out a ton on various projects since the JiD days. We’re working on a fun little collaborative piece presently so watch this space.While he probably should’ve been in the court of lewds, the streaming MACHINE @nobby-art (dunno why tumblr doesn’t recognize his handle - http://nobby-art.tumblr.com/ )is the prince of comf in this collection, but is so active and does so many requests he’s probably earned a whole deck to himself at this point.To avoid getting a whole bunch of duplicates from various people Pho quickly set up a “dibs” kind of system. For some reason people seemed apprehensive about claiming the card of internet famous semicelebrity @tgweaver , so I took responsibility and made him this. Breaking the symmetry rule! But then he is the LORD of his own special suit so I guess this one gets a pass.The deuce of the Wilds, the arrangers and caretakers of the Thematic Thursdays over at @t3event, TTanons past and present!
