To answer @nintendofan4ever question my headcanon for Bess is unfortunately kind of bland. I imagine her as plus sized, super girly and into pinks and pastels and make up while also being the best grease monkey out there. I also have this idea that she and Joe Hardy are really good friends and gossip a lot.
