Did I feel like working out today? Nope. I must have hit snooze a half a dozen times. I’m lazy what can I say… =P But I know that about myself so I continually have to work at it. I made myself go for a run. I told myself “just 2 miles.” Did I regret it? Nope, not one bit. In fact, I actually ended up running 4.6 miles instead because it felt good once I got started! It’s not always easy to break our bad habits… But if we make no effort to change them and sit around feeling sorry for ourselves and “wishing” we had motivation or “wishing” we didn’t have the bad habits we have, nothing will change.
