Another Skillshare challenge I did. This one is, as you might have guessed, for the Historical Society of Cheshire County. I have a version against dark backgrounds, and one for light backgrounds. I wanted to keep the orange accent they had on their website, and the illustration placeholder they have with the pentagon felt like such a strong shape. A lot of the history they teach is about the location so I thought architecture (along with the Tavern where they do everything) would work well within the logo. Plus, a pentagon worked itself nicely with a house shape. -- source link
