I tried making madeleines using a pithiviers recipe (sort of) and they turned out good! If anyone wants to try it, it’s just: 4 eggs, 100g icing sugar, 200g almond powder, 80g melted butter, mix everything, and in the oven at 180°C. I’m not sure how long. Sit in front of the oven and stare at them longingly and take them out when they are plump like madeleines. I’m eating them with my Easter chocolates and it’s a delicious combo. -- source link
