I remember watching this and being amazed at all of those love stories told by G.R.R. Martin (such a shame all my favourite moments actually doesn’t exist in books, lol). Tyrion and Shae here, Denearys and Khal in other scenes, Ygritte and Snow sometimes. All of them are such unusual couples with a complicated story, yet they work and they are wonderful. And this is much better and more interesting than anything I’ve seen in rom-coms.And Tyrion’s face at the end here, I feel for you. This is a moment when someone tells him ‘I love you’ (possibly for the first time in his life) when he’s needing it the most. -- source link
