When he pulled the man over for going almost fifty over the limit he expected the man to be pissed and angry. The last thing he thought would happen was for the man to agree that he had been going to after and he needed to slow down. Should have just taken a few deep breathes and calmed himself before getting behind the wheel. Listening as he wrote the ticket he found it harder and harder to focus on the paper.
