Tokyo’s Vibrant & Raw Nightlife Caught On Camera by Yoshito Hasaka givesPhotographer Yoshito Hasaka gives us a glimpse of Tokyo’s nightlife, full of color and vigor.He plays around with his lens, adjusting his camera’s sharpness and contrast to depict Japan’s capital and its nightlife. Neon signs, night sky dominated with skyscrapers, narrow alleys, busy streets filled with people, Hasaka’s photographs manage to capture them all. However, there is a surreal quality to his photographs that make this cliched image of Tokyo not so cliched at all. He makes his viewers feel the energy of the Tokyo scene, incorporating effervescence in all of his pieces as if it is palpable. And nothing in Hasa’s photos scream minimalistic; they are loud, flashy, clustered and over the top. Just like the city of Tokyo itself.  Yoshito Hasaka is not only a Japanese designer but also an engineer based in Tokyo.
