JUSTICE FOR JOSHUA WAYNE HARVEYIn 2018, Joshua was behaving erratically in public. Officers confronted him on the street and tried to handcuff him, and he ran towards a bank, ending up breaking a glass door. Officers tased him 25 times over the course of three minutes, and they refused to remove the taser leads even after handcuffing him. In body cam footage he can be heard pleading with the officers , and he eventually lost consciousness. He never woke up again — he died in a hospital several days later.
