Today while my dad was at work he ran into an old client who he affectionately refers to as “the hippy”. My dad mentioned that I was home visiting from B.C and ‘the hippy’ said “oh, I have something that your daughter needs”, and gave him this card. I would expect my dad to brush it off as complete nonsense seeing as his life philosophy has always been “never let the beer fridge go empty”, but he was actually really excited about this card. Turns out he has one of his own with a special stone that he carries around with him this coming from my atheist, anti-spiritual, beer loving, completely conventional father.
