Hawthorn Starter House A house by Alachie and Brick Sims I decided to try something a little bit different, a starter house. This means that the lot costs less than §15000, so that a brand new household can move in. Needless to say this is a big drop from my usual §70000+ lots. The house has one bedroom, one bathroom, an open plan living space and a moderately sized verandah. Despite the budget I managed to squeeze some nice CC in, as well as providing plenty of space for future amenities (e.g. computer, TV, kitchen appliances).
