9️⃣1️⃣ day 1 & 2 ~ Feeling better this week, after 3 rest days in a row due to MLK day + swapping in a bit more caffeine in the hours before training. Also for those of you who, like I, do not live in a weed-legal state & also do not have friends - delta-8 is a legal molecular cannabis structure available for vaping, as I very recently found out, is a slightly less potent version, & does in fact do the thing Nightly power-down time has been upgraded dramatically this week. 10/10 do recommend esp if you have neurological/cognitive profiles which would benefit from a downshift. I’ve sincerely wanted to try THC for a really long time (ofc by the time I was open to it I was no longer fucking surrounded by it like when I was growing up) & I’m fucking psyched I finally can. Anyway yesterday was check-in so by the next training dump post the plan for next week will either be deload or pushing a little more.
