First is a wide view of the safehouse against a starry sky and the text “Perhaps we only had seven nights / I don’t know.” The next lines of the poem are within the bright, pearlescent window above the smiling and cuddling forms of Jon and Martin. They read: “I didn’t count them / like I could have.”Then are three panels of the same window, all captioned with lines from the poem. “Maybe no more than six” over a starry blue night sky. “Or was it nine” over a purple and yellow view of the sunrise. “I don’t know” over a red sky filled with red eyes that have glowing green pupils.Next is a green-toned moment with Martin and Jon. Martin is on the top bunk bed and smiling as he pokes Jon’s nose. Jon is climbing up the ladder and laughing, a mug in hand. The poem reads: “but they were worth / the longest love there is.” Finally, a red-toned shot of them on the couch as eyes stare from the window.
