I stumbled upon this lovely charity today.They are Friends of Friendless Churches.We rescue, repair and campaign for historic churches in England and Wales. (We) rescue and campaign for redundant historic churches threatened by demolition, decay and unsympathetic conversion. We now care for over 50 former places of worship in England and Wales. We preserve these buildings for the local community and visitors to enjoy. Without us, all of these buildings would no longer be here, or open to the public.You can read all about their work, ways to contribute and churches they restored here. -- source link
