Cacao & Maple Granola Ingredients: 2 cups organic rolled oats ½ cup desiccated coconut ½ cup almonds (chopped roughly) ½ cup pepitas ¼ cup seasame seeds ¼ cup melted coconut oil ¼ cup organic 100% pure maple syrup 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup goij berries ¼ tsp sea salt Method: Preheat oven to 130 degrees Mix all ingredients (except goji berries) in a large bowl until well combined Spread evenly over a lined baking tray (may need two) Bake for 30 minutes, turning half way Once cooled add goji berries and serve with unsweetened almond milk and fresh fruit!
