More variations on takoyaki! This time we used various combinations of mochi (in the bottom left of the photo, you can see the package of conveniently small pieces that we found in the aisle with the okonomiyaki and takoyaki batter), chopped up apples, fresh rosemary, frozen peas, shredded gouda, and sweet chili sauce for dipping. Mochi cheese takoyaki was as delicious as you’d expect, and went well with the chili sauce, and the peas were surprisingly awesome! I’m definitely getting those again. -- source link
