He begins each trip in fantastic shape but as the months go by it all goes to pot. After overindulging on his 2017 holiday he went on a 30 weight loss challenge and slimmed down to 79kg (174lbs). He carried this on into the new year but during his 2018 holiday he porked up even more than the year before.
