bernardmarie: Sunny’s relieved face seems to be enough for Kel and he ascends the steps holding his hand out for Sunny to grab.The light of the moon shines down the stairway illuminating the steps that had been so hard to take by himself. Kel’s hand burns in his own and each step they take feels lighter than the last. Sunny wishes for once that the stairs had taken more time to climb if it meant Kel was going to hold onto him a little longer.Kel lets go of his hand when they get to the top of the landing and it’s there that Sunny realizes something important about Kel.That if he were to be the sun, Kel would be his moon that shines light on his darkest nights.If Kel were to guide him somewhere out of the dark, he would follow blindly and without question. -- source link
