thebrorulebook: I haven’t been posting/reblogging much on the past couple of days, so, I’ve decided to do something different and map a little bit of my progress. For the physical part, today I’ve reached the 56 kg / 123 lbs mark, which is a first. There’s some bicep going on, there’s some abs starting to show, there’s less chest than I would like… But all in all, I’ve made some nice progress. Right now, I’ve been training for a month and one week, and I’m consuming about 3.000 calories/day. As for the mental part, it’s been tougher, because I don’t see any file working after that first pump, so I’ve became very relapse with them. A couple of days ago I came close to trancing, with muscle mesmerizer’s induction, but I soon fell asleep, which is usually what happens. It’s either that or I simply can’t trance.
