magicalandsomeweirdhometours: Unique mid century modern round house built in 1958 in Worthington, Ohio by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. This is so unique. Typical of MCM homes, a long windowed foyer leads to the living area. Then, it begins to round out, sort of like the Yellow Brick Road. The first room reached is the centerpiece that is the kitchen. How unique is this round kitchen? This is incredible.A dining area is beside the kitchen counter. Then it goes around to the living room area. Wow, look at the size of this sofa. The built-in book shelves have lights- what a cool feature. Then, around we go, hitting the powder room.Next is the main bedroom. And a bathroom with a round tub. This bedroom has an amazing built-in storage unit.Across the beautiful grounds is a guest house decorated in the style of the main house. It also has built-in sofas and a fireplace. It has a kitchenette. And quite a substantial office with book shelving. I’m wondering if this is supposed to be the bedroom and the owner is using it as an office. There’s a walk-in closet.Plus a bath and laundry room. This is some nice guest house. I’m surprised it’s less $1m at $975k.https://www.redfin.com/OH/Worthington/510-Evergreen-Cir-43085/home/79524400 -- source link
