andiguinness: A PSA Regarding Fraudulent Individuals in 3DX and Erotic Art As some of you may recall, I had certain handlings in the past with a certain Camille Juteau. It’s a name some of you may recognize. In the last week, I received information from credible sources that this person is not who they claim to be and performed shady behavior. While there are certain claims that affected me on a personal level, I will only go over claims related to Affect3D. I am speaking as Site Editor of Affect3D with permission from miro, the site owner. Camille Juteau made certain claims involving a working and/or writing relationship with Affect3D. I will state the following in response to them: Camille Juteau does not have and did not have a working relationship with Affect3D, as administrator or otherwise. Camille Juteau has no writing relationship with Affect3D. If you see this person making these claims in the future, please ignore them and do not communicate with them under any circumstance about these claims. With this in mind, it may be a good time to remind everyone a basic lesson here: Whenever you meet a potential collaborator, verify any claims they make. The 3DX scene, and erotic art in general, remain aspects of an art form that is stigmatized in many parts of the world for a large number reasons. This makes it easier for unscrupulous individuals to make fraudulent claims of varying degrees. We must stay vigilant as a consequence. If someone approaches you saying they want to work with you, be sure to thoroughly research anything they may say about themselves to verify who they are. In doing this, you will protect yourself. Any artists and figures I know of, please reblog this, not just to prevent this person from resurfacing, but also spread the lesson here. Thank you. -- source link
