tazdelightful: [ID: In the first comic, Lup, a young elf girl wearing pigtails, is seated in front of a dinner plate. She is holding up a fork with some food on it, glaring suspiciously. “What is this?” she asks. Auntie, an older elf woman, is seated across the table from her, next to Taako, a young elf boy. Taako is also looking suspiciously at the food. Auntie says, “It’s a magical herb I cultivate in my garden. Eating it frequently helps develop your arcane abilities.” Lup sticks the fork in her mouth and says, “It tastes like broccoli.” Auntie replies, “Weird right? That’s how you know it’s working.” Two sketchy pencil comics. In the second comic, Lup is laying flat on the floor. Auntie asks her, “Lup, why don’t you want to go to school?” Lup replies, “Because I’m smarter than the teacher!” Auntie asks, “Oh? How so?” Lup holds up a large book. “She wants us to read baby books but I want to read this book!!” The book is titled, Treatise on the Quantum Mechanisms of Planar Interactions (and the Applications Thereof). Auntie says, “Tell you what, you can stay home if you can explain to me what the hell that means at dinner tonight.” “Yay!” Lup cheers, as she clutches the book and runs away. Auntie turns to Taako, a young elf boy, and asks “Taako, why do you like school so much?” Taako gets a devious smile on his face and replies, “Because I’m smarter than the teacher!” Auntie says, “…Maybe I should keep you home too.” End ID.] The twins might be smart cookies but they are no match for Auntie -- source link
