I’m not sure if this will sit well with audiophiles, but I just found a way to make the FiiO Q3 Bluetooth-capable. I connected my iFi Go Blu to the Q3 via a custom-made 4.4 to 3.5 cable, stacking the Go Blu and the Q3 into a powerful Bluetooth receiver (c/o the Go Blu) and versatile amp (c/o of the Q3). It turned into my all-around DAC and amp at a relatively lower price compared to, say, iFi xDSD Gryphon. It’s my dream gadget or someone else’s nightmare, perhaps? Some folks are probably asking why? But I’m pretty pleased with myself for coming up with this “newfangled” experiment. Well, I say new, but someone out there–probably as crazy as me–already thought of this or has done this “hack.” https://www.instagram.com/p/CdBRbPlvhtTNENOKzvjK5LC40saZZh3E9xraMw0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI= -- source link
