If the skirr flies at least 30 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a bite attack on the same turn, it may then move up to its speed as a bonus action.ActionsMultiattack. The skirr makes three attacks: two with its claws and one with its bite.Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d6+6) piercing damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the skirr can’t bite another target.Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6+6) slashing damage.Regurgitate Skeleton (1/Day). The skirr regurgitates the bones of a creature it has consumed, which animate into a skeleton that fights alongside it. The skirr must have killed and eaten a humanoid creature within the last 24 hours to use this ability. The skeleton appears in an unoccupied space within 20 feet of the skirr. Roll initiative for the skeleton, which has its own turns. On its turn, the skeleton attacks the nearest living creature. A faint rustling and a stench of death herald the skirr’s approach. They hunt the weak and wounded, flying through necropolises, swamps, or deserts looking for prey. When they find it, they swoop down and grab it, slashing with their claws, before snatching it up and carrying it up to be dropped from on high. They consume their prey to sate their constant hunger for flesh; the bones, they care not for, and do not digest. Instead, the necromantic energy in their stomach infuses the bones with unlife, and sometimes the skirr will regurgitate them as skeletons to fight alongside them in battle. The origin of these giant vulture-like undead predators is unknown. They weigh around twenty thousand pounds and have a wingspan of nearly fifty feet. If there is a monster from 3.5 or Pathfinder that you want to see converted to 5e, feel free to send me a message or submit a monster request on the submit page. I have not forgotten about any requests and have completed first drafts of many of them, they just need to be finalized. Don’t give up! -- source link
