mimatoweek: Hi everyone! As you may have already seen from the initial announcement, the prompt for January is Literary. Our main goal for the month is to give the spotlight, and our thanks and support to our amazing fanfiction writers out there who have wrote stories that we have enjoyed for many years. Here’s a list of things you could do to participate in this event:Share your own written Mimato fanfictionFirst, for the writers! It would be a great time to share any new stories you’ve written. A piece you may have classified as something that wouldn’t fall into any seasonal theme. Maybe you haven’t found a good time to post it and why not share it this month! Make sure to use the tag #mimato if you’re posting on tumblr (albeit we’re sure you already do that)! You can refer to the steps in the following item if you’re posting outside of tumblr and want to share the link through this blog.Tell us your favorite Mimato fanfiction.Whether you are the reader, the writer, or both, there’s sure to be some favorites among your list! Send us details of your favorite Mimato fanfics (or even drabbles) and we will put something up to feature each submission. If you are a writer, you could send details of your personal favorites among your own works from the past. You can send submissions for this as early as after you read this post. You may follow this format upon sending your submissions through sending an ask or a message:Title: title of the fic/drabble (if applicable)Link: tumblr link or external link of the workAuthor: author’s tumblr blog or external usernameLanguage: language/s the work is availableGenre+Setting: you may include here details such as the genres the story fall under, series (Adv / 02 / tri / Kizuna) if applicable, type of AU, age up info, anything that can help categorize the workReason: tell us why you love the work!Submitted by: tell us if you want to publish your name or would like to remain anonymous***Submissions sent as anon will not be included. Please send as non-anon. Multiple submissions are allowed, too. You can request to not have your blog handle included when we make the feature posts***Share anything inspired by Mimato fanfictionNow you’re telling us you don’t write but you have other things you could do to support the fanfics? Of course, you could make anything inspired by a specific work! Let us know the inspiration so we can check that out, too.Share anything prompt relatedFree space. Interpret the prompt however you would like. This is no longer limited to anything earlier listed related to fanfictions. We’d love to see something from your creative interpretative minds!❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅❅For any original posts that you’re making here on tumblr, make sure to use our favorite tag #mimato so we can see them! And, remember you do not have to be a content creator to contribute (you could do so much through item #2). We hope the above guides have cleared some questions you may have regarding this month’s event. If you have any other question, feel free to send an ask and we’ll get to it as soon as possible! Submissions through the asks/messages are now open. This blog will be sharing the submissions we get and reblogging original posts from January 16 onwards.Help us spread the word by tagging your friends that might be interested in joining us or by reblogging this post.
