campaignarf:Hanson’s second maiden speech today was an incendiary call to arms to racists and Islamophobes. Not only did she call for a full halt to Muslim migration, but for a ban on the burqa the building of mosques and Islamic schools. Not content to limit her bigotry to Muslims she also claimed that welfare bludging migrants were the reason for a lack of funding for services. And to top it all of she laid into single parents and “the Chinese”. This is dangerous speech. Hanson is not a joke. She has the capacity to give confidence to racists and the far right.
