This Texas cave network is home to some of the world’s most spectacular-looking and bizarrely named mineral formations. The caverns of Sonora were discovered by accident in 1905 on ranch land. But it took a few more decades for professional spelunkers to fully explore the depths of the discovered cave and see the entire range of stunning speleothems.
