With a 7 or 8 round single stack magazine it also had a respectible capacity for a large caliber gun. It is also high customizable with removable sights, barrel replacement and conversion kits, and scope mounts. The Wildey also comes in silloutte and carbine versions. They can be chambered for 9mm Magnum, .45 Winchester Magnum, and .41, .44, .45, and .475 Wildey Magnum.In the mid 80’s popularity of the Wildey Magnum slumped, and the Wildey Company was nearing bankruptcy.
