To use the Glass of the guildpact it must first be installed into a building. the time this takes varies but takes a minimum of eight hours; After installation a representative of each guild must agree on a designated area no larger than 100ft outside of the building the glass is installed into; and activate the glass. after activation the building and any designated area’s are presently under the effects of the Glass of the Guildpact..
