Birthday cake is done! I still have a few hours of my birthday so it still is technically a birthday cake.. I used one of @middleearthrecipes recipes and it turned out wonderfully!!! (Its the strawberries & cream cake they posted for Beltane.) This is my favorite type of cake and this recipe is one of the best I’ve found! Also slight tip- make sure your buttermilk is not expired before putting it in the recipe. (I got lucky, the use by date was literally today and it luckily turned out fine.) (oops) -- source link
