Today’s omuraizu: chicken fried rice, plated and topped with a soft three-egg omelette. Traditionally sliced open, then dressed with ketchup or gravy, but I didn’t take pictures of that part because by then I was busy eating. Simple, satisfying, and mysteriously addictive. -- source link
