sanderlay: It’s Still Your Path…Not Theirs…I don’t regret the decisions I made in my own life, some sixty years ago, and why I waited to come out. A lot was going on in society and knowledge about gender identity was not completely understood. Many others, like myself, also stayed in the closet as a survival move.But I would like to think, if I was born in this day and age with the knowledge that is available today, I would have been more vocal as to how I feel and gained the knowledge I needed. My life could have taken another path and I could have been out much sooner as my authentic self.Your circumstances and your path are still yours to walk what ever you decide.
